Your Right to Data Deletion
1. What Data Can Be Deleted?
You can request deletion of the following types of personal data:
- Account information (name, email, phone number, address)
- Profile pictures and uploaded documents
- Class enrollment records
- Payment information (we will delete stored payment details)
- Gallery images and videos you uploaded
- Messages and correspondence
- Application submissions (teacher applications, inquiries)
Note: Some data may be retained for legal or administrative purposes as required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).
2. How to Request Data Deletion

3. What Happens After You Request Deletion?
Verification (1-2 business days)
We will verify your identity and confirm your deletion request. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access.
Processing (3-5 business days)
Once verified, we will begin deleting your data from our systems. This includes your account, enrollments, uploaded content, and other personal information.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been deleted. Some data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.
4. Important Considerations
Before You Delete
Irreversible Action: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will lose access to:
- All your class enrollments and progress
- Your learning history and achievements
- Uploaded photos and videos
- Messages and communications
Active Enrollments: If you have active class enrollments, you may need to complete or cancel them before deletion can proceed.
Data That May Be Retained
For legal and administrative purposes, we may retain certain information:
- Financial Records: Payment transactions and receipts (required for tax and accounting purposes)
- Legal Obligations: Information required by law or court orders
- Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you
- Backup Systems: Data in backup systems (deleted within 30 days)
5. Partial Data Deletion
If you don't want to delete your entire account, you can request deletion of specific data:
- Delete specific gallery images or videos
- Remove your profile picture
- Delete specific messages or communications
- Remove your phone number or address
- Cancel specific class enrollments
